Web Interface not handling UK date fomat correctly

I have tv4home installed on a WHS2011 machine which is setup with UK locale. When you select a date from the date picker on the web interface (tv guide tab) it tries to convert the date to US form...

[WebService] Check if TvServer can tune channel (encrypted, free tuner,...)

Add a method that allows a client to check if the tvserver can tune into a channel (or a list of channels). That way (same as in MediaPortal) the client can indicate which channels are even available.
